HOW TO BOOK TICKETS
Please book your tickets, and reserve your buffet supper,
gourmet baskets and picnic tables by contacting the

Supper menus are also available from the Box Office, on request.
The Box office is open from 9.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Messages may be left on the Box Office answer phone at all other times and will be dealt with promptly.
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Debit Cards.
When Paying By Cheque
All cheques should be made payable to CFMT. Please enclose a stamped addressed envelope for the return of your tickets.
Ticket Reservations
Tickets can only be reserved for 48 hours, unless otherwise agreed with the
Box Office.
Party Bookings
All party bookings of 8 or more are subject to a non-refundable deposit of
20% at the time of booking. Balance due upon arrangement with Box Office.
Balance to be received as one single payment transaction either by one
cheque or one credit card payment.
Discounts
A discount of 10% on tickets is available to all parties of 8 or more.
Concessions
There are a limited number of children and student tickets available for each performance, these can be purchased at £10 per ticket.
Supper Interval
All bookings for buffet suppers, Gourmet Baskets should be made with the Box Office
at least 10 days before the performance.
If you have ordered a buffet supper, we would ask that no additional food or
drink be brought into the restaurant areas.
Wine, spirits and soft drinks can be purchased from our bar, either in advance or via the Box Office or on the
night. Those ordering gourmet baskets or bringing their own picnic may still bring their own
wine, although the bar is well stocked and would be delighted to serve you at reasonable prices.
Friends Table
For Friends attending a performance on their own or without guests they are welcome to join a Friends Table for the 70 minute interval, please mention this at the time of booking.
Request to Picnickers
Health and Safety Regulations insist that gangways be maintained at all times. Additionally we do not allow appliances to be plugged into electrical sockets anywhere in the theatre, as this could overload the electrical system. We would request that rubbish and bottles must be taken home at the end of the evening.
Bar & Wine Reservations
Our licensed bar sells wine, champagne, spirits, beer and soft drinks.
These can all be pre-ordered via the Box Office on 01260 224514 or purchased
on the night.
Corporate Party Arrangements
Special arrangements for menus, wines or reception space can be organised,
contact the Box Office on 01260 224514
Disabled Access
The theatre has facilities and access for disabled persons, there is wheelchair access to the auditorium.
Please mention at the time of booking if you have a disability or require a
dining table downstairs.
On the Night
Theatre doors will be open one hour before the performance begins, except on
Thurs 23 April and Tues 21 July, when the doors will be open 2 hours before the
performance to allow picnickers to dine beforehand, should they wish.. Audience prompts will be at 15 minutes
and 5 minutes before the performance starts. People not in their seats at the beginning of the performance
will not be admitted to the auditorium until a suitable break. The theatre will be closed 30 minutes after
the performance has finished.
Refunds
Once purchased tickets are non-refundable.
Smoking
This is a non-smoking theatre, both in the auditorium and all dining areas. If you wish to smoke
we would appreciate if you could go outside, to ensure the comfort of others who may be eating.
Data Protection Act
Please note that the Data Protection Act applies to details held about you on our mailing list.
These details will not be shared with any third part except as required by the Act.
You are entitled to receive a copy of the information held about you, and you can do this by
applying in writing to the box office, for which no charge, at this time, will be made.
Dress
Formal dress optional for all performances. Black tie predominates on
Saturday evening opera performances, but this is not compulsory.
Picnic Tables
Indoor picnic spaces can be booked with the Box Office at £2 per person (Free for Friends
plus one guest).
Although we do try to accommodate your specific requests, we cannot guarantee that your party
will be allocated a picnic table to yourselves and may be asked to share with other diners.
This is dependent on the number in your party and demand for tables.
We now have additional dining space in an awning located at the side of the theatre,
please state at the time of booking if you would specifically like to have your picnic in the awning.
Wherever possible we will try to accommodate your requests.
